ELSEVIER - OPEN ACCESS AGREEMENT

Elsevier and the State University System of Florida have established an agreement to support affiliated authors who wish to publish open access in participating journals.

Under this agreement, corresponding authors affiliated with USF will receive a 15% reduction in the cost of the article processing fee.
