Pharmacotherapeutics for Special Populations
There are often special considerations to take into account when working with special populations. The efficacy and safety of a drug may be very different for some people and often these groups were not included in the clinical trials for the medications (Rollins DE, Blumenthal DK, 2016). There may also be special considerations to take into account for more effective communications.
Lactating & Pregnant Patients

It includes information on the levels of such substances in breast milk and infant blood, and the possible adverse effects in the nursing infant.
