Step 1 - Log In
Log in, or if first time, select “Register Here.”
The bookstore-supplied password is 2094.
For Role, please select “Approver,” unless you need department approval before submitting course materials.

Step 2 - Create a New Order
Click on “Order Course Materials" to create a new order.

The first time using the website, all orders will be “New Order.”

Step 3 - Choose Course
Use the drop downs to select the Course.

Step 4 - Select "no materials" if no books required
If no books are required, select the option “No materials are needed for this course” at the bottom of this screen.
If a book is required, please select “Continue” instead.

Step 5 - Choose materials to adopt and submit order.
Search for the material, and then select “Continue.”
Confirm that the information is correct, add a note if applicable, and then submit the order.


Step 6 - Check Order Status
Once finished, you can check a submitted order under “Check Order Status.”

Search by Date, Course, or Order #:

You can select an adoption to Approve, Reject, Edit, Export, or Print.

- Please keep track of your textbook adoptions (in an Excel spreadsheet, as a backup).
